CS Manish Kr. Mishra (Managing Partner)

With over a decade of experience since 2013, CS Manish Mishra is a Company Secretary holding a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He specializes in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, with expertise spanning entity formation laws, secretarial practices, due diligence, corporate governance, and CSR audits. He also handles trademarks, FCRA, and startup regulations. Mr. Mishra represents clients before various authorities, including the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Beyond compliance, he offers strategic advisory services, assisting corporations in implementing tailored corporate governance frameworks.

He is an academic contributor, having authored an article on Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP). He served as the Ex-Chairman of the ICSI Lucknow Chapter and was a Managing Committee Member from 2017 to 2023, continuing to contribute as a faculty member and trainer. He is also nominated member of the PCS Committee of N.I.R.C. of ICSI for year 2025 and also the Committee Member of & Task Force on Company Law-2025 & constituted by the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Mr. Mishra is a Fellow Member of the ICSI, a Certified CSR Professional (ICSI, 2020), and has completed the Startup India Learning Programme by Invest India. He is empaneled with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) as a qualified Independent Director. He also holds certifications from ICSI for RERA Crash Course and NBFC Crash Course, and from NISM for Listing on Social Stock Exchange and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Mechanism, as well as SEBI-Investor Certification Examination (in association with NISM).

CS Satyam Omer (Partner)

An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from
Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, CS Satyam Omer manages the firm's operations in the Kanpur region. He possesses over 11 years of hands-on experience and thorough knowledge of Corporate Law matters, including the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Foreign Exchange Laws, and IPR Laws. He heads the Secretarial Audit, ESOP design and implementation, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) practice divisions at the firm, and also specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions.

CS Sukhmendra Kumar (Partner)

CS Sukhmendra Kumar is a highly accomplished Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lucknow. He plays a pivotal role at MMA & PARTNERS, leading the firm's crucial compliance vertical. His expertise is particularly pronounced in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, with a strong focus on the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and the intricate web of SEBI and Stock Exchange-related rules and regulations.

With extensive experience in compliance management and audit, CS Sukhmendra Kumar is adept at ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and mitigating regulatory risks for clients across diverse sectors. His proficiency extends to conducting comprehensive legal due diligence, a critical service for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Furthermore, he possesses a keen eye for detail in drafting and vetting a wide array of legal agreements, ensuring clarity, enforceability, and alignment with client objectives. He is also frequently sought after for providing insightful opinions on diverse legal matters, offering strategic guidance to businesses.

Prior to his tenure at MMA & PARTNERS, CS Sukhmendra Kumar served as the Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer at Sahara One Media And Entertainment Limited for over three years, gaining invaluable practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment. In addition to his leadership of the compliance vertical, he efficiently manages the operations of the firm's Delhi Branch Office, demonstrating his strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

CS Swati Khanna (Partner)

A qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Compliance Professional with 8 years of experience, CS Swati Khanna specializes in statutory and regulatory compliances. Her core competencies include Stakeholder Management, Banking & Para-Banking Compliances, RBI Compliance, Drafting, and Advisory. In addition to her CS degree, she holds an LLB and is a certified CSR Professional. She previously worked as a Compliance Officer with a Lucknow-based NBFC MFI until July 2022.

CS Prashant Awasthi (Partner)

CS Prashant Awasthi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), bringing extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability-driven CSR initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Policy and Corporate Governance and is a certified CSR Professional and NISM-certified Research Analyst. He previously served as a Key Managerial Personnel (Company Secretary) at ACP Tollways Private Limited, a subsidiary of APCO Infratech in Lucknow. With a strong foundation in secretarial practices, he adeptly manages statutory compliances, streamlines board processes, and fosters stakeholder engagement, including for UK-registered entities with complex cross-border compliance needs. Leveraging his sharp analytical skills and deep understanding of business law and financial regulations, his approach is defined by precision, confidentiality, and simplicity. He excels at transforming complex statutory and procedural requirements into clear, actionable compliance pathways, enabling him to contribute strategically to organizational growth and ethical management.

CS Sagar Anand Singh (Full-Time Employee)

CS Sagar Anand Singh is an Associate Member of ICSI and a Law Graduate from the University of Lucknow. He also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Pune. He possesses vast experience in secretarial and corporate law matters, Labour Laws, SEBI Regulations, Multi-state Cooperative Societies Act complications, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts / agreements and documents, and providing consultancy services to various clients.
